Eve Decker co-leads the Insight Meditation Community of Berkeley. She teaches for the family program at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, leads ongoing weekly groups, co-leads LGBTQIA+ and other meditation retreats, and she is the forthcoming author of a book on the transformative power of self-friendliness.
