I started singing in church at a very early age and always had a passion for the word of God and singing. I sang with my choir and various groups while growing up with a contemporary gospel sound. I started writing songs that expressed the goodness of Jesus and added a touch of jazz with a slice of neo-soul to go with the voice God has annointed me with. I performed with and opened for many gospel artist from Oleta Adams, Walter and Tramaine Hawkins just to name a few, I got my BA in music performance and won a few music competitions earning me scholarships and cash prizes. I sing various genres of music.
